A message from the HOA President: Arthur Hobbs

To: Chapel Hill Homeowners:

We are stronger together! COVID19 is impacting everyone, everywhere but by the Grace of God we will come through it.  Allow me to first thank you for all that you are doing in our community as our nation transitions through the process and procedures to reduce the spread of COVID 19.  Your efforts and compliance will keep and maintain the safety within our community.  While this is a change in our daily lives where some are continuing to work outside the home, some have transitioned to work at home, students are at home going to school online and some are out of work, your HOA is here for you and

with you.

Together as homeowners, we have made this community a place to call home, enjoy home ownership, raise our families and show that hard work and dedication pays off in the long run.  Now we are face to face with a situation that disrupts our flow but not allowing it to defeat us is how we will prevail against this pandemic.  Staying at home, using face masks, going to church online and social distancing are the current norms yet, in this time we can enjoy the closeness of family by going outside to the park for a walk, sitting or working in the backyard, planting flowers and enjoying various activities inside.

The cancellation of our HOA Quarterly Meeting was necessary to be in compliance with the Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins Orders.  One important item I want to bring to your attention that was scheduled to be discussed at the meeting was the proposal from Sumeer Homes.  We will review and discuss that at our next meeting after the order has been lifted.  We are looking forward to the day when the HOA meets with you, the homeowners, to provide you needed information that will help to continually transition our community into a “Premier” residential location in Dallas County.

We thank you for being an integral part in the management of our community in ways that will continue to be safe, bring value and be inviting to other families.  Our prayers are with you all.  Stay home; stay safe! We are here in this with you – together we will come through it!

Sincerely,

Arthur Hobbs

Chapel Hill HOA President
